Hypopressive Exercise (also known as stomach vacuums) is an exercise therapy method based on deep breathing technique to  coordinate the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and deep abdominal wall with a special focus on ways of facilitating improved pelvic floor and pelvic organ health for women.  This technique benefits both men and women and facilitates improved posture control, improves waist shape, improves core muscles function for athletic function & core muscle function for daily life.
