Vestibulo-Ocular Reflex (VOR) adaptation training

VOR adaption training is a type of physical therapy & it focuses on improving the relationship between the inner ear, brain, eyes, muscles and nerves. This therapy is typically done when dizziness and movement issues persist after a concussion. These exercises aim to train the brain to ignore improper input from the inner ear that causes dizziness. The exercises include looking at a stable object as the head moves from side to side or up and down.
